Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 15 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

If the return is due to a defect from our side, we will handle all the expenses till delivering another item to you. But if the return is due to your own need, then you will only keep your rights for the price of the item only and you will be asked to pay for the return fees (Fees that are paid by national authorities like customs and taxes, all receipts will be supplied to you) plus the shipping fees for another item (if you are requiring another item).
